In the app (fastest)
- Open LorryGo and log in.
- Open your account menu and tap Delete account, then confirm.
- You are signed out on every device straight away and your login stops working.
Without the app
Email ai@redfluent.com from the phone number or email your company has on record, with your name and your company. We confirm with your company that the account is yours and delete it within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your name and login, your password, and all your sessions.
- Your app activity and error reports.
What is kept
- Trip, photo and pay records are business and accounting records your company must keep by law. They stay, without your name, for 5 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, and are then deleted.
