Redfluent VPN does not intentionally store the contents of your network traffic, full browsing history, messages, files, passwords, or payment information transmitted through the VPN.

Redfluent VPN does not use advertising SDKs and does not sell personal data.

Redfluent VPN may process DNS queries as part of routing traffic through the VPN tunnel. DNS handling is used for connectivity, split tunneling, security, and diagnostics.

DNS query data is not sold to third parties.

Operational logs are used for debugging, reliability, and abuse prevention. Redfluent aims to keep operational logs only as long as reasonably necessary, normally no longer than 72 hours unless needed for security investigation, legal compliance, or user support.

We may share limited information with service providers only when needed to operate infrastructure, provide support, comply with law, or protect the service from abuse.

Users are responsible for using Redfluent VPN lawfully and in compliance with local rules. Where a territory requires a VPN license or specific regulatory approval, Redfluent may limit distribution or provide required information during app review.

You may contact Redfluent to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your support requests or account, where applicable.

If the app version you use does not require an account, we may have limited or no account data to delete beyond support records and operational logs retained for the periods described above.
