These terms apply when you use LorryGo or another app or website provided by Redfluent Pte. Ltd. (“Redfluent”, “we”), a company in Singapore.
1. The service
LorryGo is provided to transport companies under their agreement with Redfluent. If your company gave you an account, you use LorryGo on your company’s behalf, and your company’s agreement with us governs the service it has bought. These terms cover how you, as a user, may use it.
2. Your account
- Keep your login details to yourself. Tell your supervisor or us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- Your company can create, change, deactivate and delete accounts for its staff.
- You can delete your own account in the app (account menu → Delete account).
3. Acceptable use
- Record trips, photos, locations and amounts truthfully. Do not upload photos that are not of the real document, and do not falsify locations or times.
- Do not try to access another company’s data, break the security of the service, or overload it.
- Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the service.
4. Records and automated reading
LorryGo reads numbers from photos automatically and estimates travel times. These are aids, not guarantees. Your company remains responsible for checking its records, invoices and pay before relying on them.
5. Availability
We work to keep LorryGo available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or network problems. The app keeps photos taken offline and sends them when the connection returns.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Redfluent is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Your company’s agreement with Redfluent sets out the service levels and liability between Redfluent and your company.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
