These terms apply to RedFluent VPN — the apps for iPhone, Android and Windows and the servers they connect to — provided by Redfluent Pte. Ltd., Singapore. By activating a device you agree to them.
1. Access
- Access is by invite code only. Each code allows a set number of devices and a monthly data allowance, and some codes expire.
- Keep your code to yourself. Do not share, sell or publish it.
- We may change, pause or revoke a code or a device at any time.
2. What the service does — and does not do
- RedFluent VPN carries traffic for a defined list of services through an encrypted tunnel to our server in Tokyo or Singapore. Other traffic goes directly over your normal connection.
- It is not an anonymity service. Websites and apps can still identify you through your accounts, cookies, device identifiers and other methods outside the tunnel.
- We do not promise that every website or app will be reachable through it.
3. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and in line with the rules where you are. Do not use it to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- attack, scan or disrupt other networks or systems;
- send spam or bulk email;
- get around device limits, data allowances or other controls, or share access with people we did not invite.
4. Data allowance
Each device has a monthly data allowance. When it is used up, we may limit or pause the device until the next month. We may also limit any device whose use puts the service or other users at risk.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service running, but it is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or network problems. Test versions distributed through Apple TestFlight expire after a period set by Apple.
6. Ending access
You can stop at any time by disconnecting and deleting the app. Access ends when your code expires or is revoked. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Redfluent is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Privacy
What we collect and log is described in the RedFluent VPN Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
